As an attendee at WAAD AIM, you play a crucial role in exploring , learning, and engaging in the shaping of your future. Throughout the conference, you will learn about the major of your choice by working on hands-on projects and attending lectures to help you discover your interests. During these hands-on projects, you will also have the chance to compete for and win awards for the best projects, recognising your creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Your participation and willingness to learn within this conference experience will better support you in figuring out what major suits you best.

Your role is to guide the attendees throughout their projects and monitor their progress making sure everything is managed. In this role you are also expected to prepare in advance to the conference for a productive experience. Your leadership is an important chamber in this conference. It will provide support and ensure the attendees have a great enjoyable experience while exploring their chosen major.

Admins are a vital part of ensuring that the conference runs smoothly from start to finish. They help attendees move around between committees, manage transitions during breaks, and ensure that everything behind the scenes runs efficiently. They remain attentive to any issues that may arise and respond quickly to maintain a calm and organized environment. Their presence supports both delegates and organizers, Admins help maintain order and provide a seamless overall experience by coordinating movement, providing information and guidance, and ensuring the flow of the conference.

As an organizer in the conference, your role will make the conference a success. You will be responsible for handling the flow of attendees, interacting with multiple sponsors, and on-site support for event execution and potentially EB support as well. There will be no shortage of work for you to take on so ideally you'll be time efficient, detail-oriented and flexible to ensure everyone's good time, professionalism and stress-free operation.

As a photographer or videographer at WAADAIM, your role is to capture and document all key moments throughout the conference — including the opening and closing ceremonies, committee sessions, and breaks. Your work will help showcase the spirit of WAADAIM across our digital platforms.
Please note: All photographers and videographers must bring their own cameras, as equipment will not be provided.
